Scope and limitations
Educational Services Disclaimer
This disclaimer clarifies that Brightoria Learn provides supplemental, non-certified educational support and does not provide accreditation, official examinations, professional licensing, or guaranteed academic outcomes.
Support for understanding, not a promise of credentials.
01. Supplemental educational support only
Brightoria Learn provides tutoring and personalized learning support. Services are intended to supplement, clarify, organize, and reinforce learning; they do not replace enrollment in an accredited institution or instruction required by a school, district, college, university, licensing authority, or employer.
Brightoria Learn began operating in July 2026 and does not claim a longer operating history.
02. No accreditation or academic credit
Brightoria Learn is not an accredited school, college, university, degree provider, examination board, or credentialing body. Services do not award academic credit, diplomas, degrees, professional certificates, continuing-education units, or licenses.
A customer should confirm with the relevant institution whether outside tutoring or materials may be used for a particular course.
03. No examination administration
Brightoria Learn does not administer official tests, proctor examinations, issue standardized scores, verify identity for testing bodies, or decide accommodations. Review sessions may help organize knowledge before a classroom assessment, but the assessment remains entirely under the institution’s rules.
Tutors will not take or access an examination on behalf of a learner.
04. No guaranteed grades or results
No grade, score, pass result, admission, scholarship, completion date, or teacher decision is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the learner’s prior knowledge, attendance, practice, health, course design, school policies, and many other factors outside Brightoria Learn’s control.
Examples, goals, or progress observations are educational guidance, not promises.
05. Not professional licensing education
Unless expressly and lawfully stated in a future written offering, services are not approved professional-licensing instruction and do not satisfy mandatory training, supervised-hour, certification, or regulatory requirements.
Customers are responsible for verifying requirements with the applicable licensing or regulatory body.
06. Not special-education or clinical assessment
Brightoria Learn does not diagnose learning disabilities, attention conditions, developmental conditions, mental-health conditions, or medical needs. An informal review of schoolwork is not a psychoeducational evaluation, individualized education program, accommodation determination, or clinical opinion.
Questions concerning diagnosis, disability rights, therapy, medication, or formal accommodations should be directed to appropriately qualified professionals and institutions.
07. Not childcare or supervision
An online tutoring session is not childcare, babysitting, or general supervision. A parent or guardian remains responsible for the minor learner’s physical environment, device access, safety, and conduct outside the educational interaction.
Brightoria Learn may require an adult to be present or readily available depending on the learner’s age and platform.
08. No legal, medical, or financial advice
Educational examples may touch on many subjects, but Brightoria Learn does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, tax, investment, or financial advice. Academic explanations should not be relied on as professional advice for real-world decisions.
Customers should consult an appropriately licensed professional for advice in a regulated field.
09. School and instructor rules control
The learner must follow course, instructor, school, testing, and platform rules. Brightoria Learn does not determine what collaboration, technology, source material, citation, or outside assistance is permitted for a specific assignment.
When uncertain, the learner should ask the instructor before receiving assistance on graded work.
10. Accuracy and changing materials
Brightoria Learn aims to provide careful explanations, but educational standards, textbooks, software, course instructions, and accepted methods can change. A tutor may correct or update an explanation when new information becomes available.
Customers should promptly share the exact course instructions and notify the tutor of a suspected inconsistency.
11. Third-party materials
Mention of a textbook, website, software tool, school platform, or institution does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party materials are governed by their owners’ terms, availability, and intellectual-property rights.
Brightoria Learn is not responsible for a third party’s content, grading, outage, access restriction, or policy change.
12. Technology limitations
Online educational support depends on devices, connectivity, software, and service providers. Interruptions, latency, file incompatibility, or accessibility barriers may occur despite reasonable preparation.
The applicable cancellation and refund policies explain how materially disrupted sessions are handled.
13. Learner effort and independent practice
Tutoring can provide explanation, structure, and feedback, but cannot replace the learner’s attention, practice, attendance, and honest effort. A learner may need repeated review or support from a school or specialist.
Recommendations about study frequency are general educational suggestions and should be adapted to health, workload, and family circumstances.
14. Testimonials and illustrative content
Any testimonial published on the website should reflect a real person’s authorized experience and should not be edited to create a misleading impression. The initial design may contain clearly marked sample layout copy that must be replaced before being presented as verified feedback.
An individual experience does not predict another learner’s result.
15. Emergency and safeguarding limitations
Brightoria Learn is not an emergency, crisis, medical, counseling, or child-protection service. If a learner is in immediate danger or requires urgent help, the responsible adult should contact appropriate local emergency or qualified support services.
Tutors may pause or end a session and contact the responsible adult when a credible safety concern arises.
16. Questions about scope
Customers should ask for clarification before booking if they need a service to satisfy a formal school, accreditation, accommodation, immigration, licensing, or employment requirement. Brightoria Learn will not knowingly describe a supplemental service as satisfying a requirement it does not satisfy.
Written confirmation of scope controls over informal assumptions.
